Customer Service Executive

Every customer call is a challenge of its own, and we need someone like you…someone who listens, takes ownership, and ensures every issue is handled fairly and efficiently.

You’ll be building on the solid foundation left by our previous Customer Service Executive, who spent over a decade perfecting this role, now it’s yours to make your own.
 
And unlike before, this isn’t just about supporting one area of the business. You’ll be an advocate for everything customer service, across all areas. Balancing the needs of both the customer and the business, you’ll be the steady, impartial presence making sure everyone is heard, and resolutions are fair.
 
What you’ll be doing:
• Taking full ownership of customer issues from start to resolution, whether it’s warranty queries, troubleshooting user errors, or knowing when something needs escalating.
• Acting as the key contact across three distinct brands, becoming the trusted link customers rely on.
• Managing tricky situations with confidence, ensuring both the customer and the business get a fair outcome.
• Working collaboratively to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

• Technical product awareness and the ability to handle complex queries.
• The confidence to manage challenging conversations while keeping relationships intact.
• The ability to juggle tight deadlines and a varied workload as part of a customer-focused team.
