Job Description
As QHSE Manager, you don’t just enforce standards - you set them. Compliance, safety, and quality aren’t just tick-box exercises to you; they’re the foundation of everything you do. When challenges arise, you know how to troubleshoot, track, address, and resolve them before they become roadblocks.

Your expertise spans quality, health & safety, and environmental compliance, ensuring that manufacturing and production processes meet both national and international standards. You’ll be the key force behind ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 accreditations, plus industry-specific certifications like API 20E/20F. A strong knowledge of API standards would be a distinct advantage.

Your Impact
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to reshape the Quality Department and take on a role with real influence. You’ll be:
✔ Redefining and improving the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance and efficiency.
✔ Taking the lead on supplier audits, compliance reporting, and documentation; ensuring that policies and procedures are robust and effective.
✔ Working alongside technical teams to troubleshoot quality issues, assess supplier certifications, and enforce industry best practices.
✔ Driving a culture of continuous improvement, implementing new systems and processes to elevate quality standards.

  • This role is perfect for:
An experienced QHSE professional looking for a new challenge in a company with exciting growth plans.

Competitive salary (£40k-£50k)
26 days + bank holidays
