This company is run by two industry experts who have built a brilliant reputation supplying machined components into oil & gas, nuclear, and offshore.
They know exactly who to talk to. They have the contacts, the credibility, and the track record.
What they don’t have is the time to work through their network, pick up the phone, and close the deals.
That’s where you as Business Development Executive come in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Picking up the phone and making things happen. You’ll be working through a ready-made list of industry contacts, reaching the right decision-makers, and getting conversations started.
- Building relationships with buyers, engineers, and procurement teams. You’ll know how to get past gatekeepers, how to spark interest, and when to follow up.
- Spotting buying signals others might miss. You’ll know when to push, when to pause, and when a ‘no’ is actually a ‘not yet’.
- Turning conversations into revenue. You’re not just making calls for the sake of it… you’re securing business and driving growth.
- Working closely with the business owners. You’ll have direct access to people who know this industry inside out and will give you everything you need to succeed.
- Confident and resilient: You don’t take rejection personally, and you know that ‘no’ often means ‘not yet’.
- An industry expert within manufacturing & engineering - You can talk naturally about a technical product
