As a Sales Executive your role is to bring together technical products and deliver real value to your customers:
- You’ll work with an existing client base and warm leads, but you’ll also need to be proactive, always on the lookout for ways to add more value, cross-sell, and upsell.
- You’ll understand how to stack products, showing clients how the right combination of products can solve their problems and make their lives easier.
- This is about more than just selling….it’s about building lasting relationships, finding solutions, and being that trusted advisor your customers turn to.
Up to £35k base salary + uncapped commission, the more you sell, the more you earn.
Warm leads and an established customer base to start with…no cold calling.
Plenty of cross-selling and upselling opportunities—you’ll have the chance to offer the right products that make sense for your clients.
A solid support team, providing marketing materials and insights, so you can focus on building relationships and driving sales.
What we need from you as Sales Executive:
- As Sales Executive you will have a proven sales background, preferably in technical products, automotive, or engineering.
- The ability to understand and explain technical solutions in a clear, simple way that’s easy for customers to understand.
- A hunter mentality, you’re always seeking the next opportunity, whether that’s following up with a lead or exploring new business.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the patience and perseverance to nurture accounts over time.
