As a Business Development Manager, you'll excel at connecting with clients, understanding their unique needs, delivering tailored engineering solutions. Your ability to build rapport will make clients feel valued and trusted, setting the stage for successful, consultative sales.
Bring Your Skills to the Forefront as a Business Development Manager:
  • Sales Expertise: Generate high-quality leads, develop tailored proposals, and close deals that meet client needs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Apply your understanding of selling bespoke solutions, engineered systems or heavy machinery to a diverse range of sectors; offshore/marine being a big plus here.
  • Strategic Solutions: Develop innovative solutions that align with customer specifications and industry demands.
What will your role as Business Development Manager look like?
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and technical support.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations & proposals to showcase your products and services to potential clients.
  • Traveling to meet clients, strengthening business relationships.

As Business Development Manager you will be given the autonomy to shape your strategy and directly influence the business’s success. You’ll have the support of an experienced internal sales team and report directly to the Sales Director, working together to drive growth.
You have a voice in the business direction here too while sharing in the profits. This employee-owned setup means every success benefits all.
