Your experience spans quality, health & safety, and environmental standards—because you understand that excellence hinges on an integrated approach.
In this role, you’ll bring your expertise to an industry where top-tier quality is critical. These machines are built for extreme conditions, so every part that comes into the business needs to meet your high standards.
Your background should ideally be in engineering as the tools and methods you’ll use for quality management will be tailored to an engineering environment.
You'll manage ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications, and your experience should reflect handling additional certifications and standards.
While there is an established QMS in place encapsulating those three standards, the business retains aspirations to develop, improve and modernise it’s processes. That’s where you come in.
Your first big tasks will be preparing the company for its audit in March next year and reviewing and rebuilding the entire QMS in line with an ERP upgrade and a full system overview.
You’ll also play a pivotal role in building and developing the QHSE team you'll inherit. You’ll oversee both the Telford site and an additional domestic site, which you’ll visit quarterly. You’ll lead supplier audits and all internal and external QHSE activities, ensuring a balance between data-driven decisions and flexibility for the business’s greater good.
As part of an employee-owned company, you’ll have a direct voice in the company’s future direction and a share in its profits. When the business thrives, so do you.
